One hour in Photoshop CS5.5
A year or two ago, I wrote a story. I planned to go back and edit it, but something always felt like it wasn't QUITE there. I'd been thinking about it a lot lately, and today I realized that what might've been holding it back was having a narrator and looking back at the events of the story, rather than allowing the reader to live in the moment with the characters. It's making me feel like the revision process is basically a giant rewrite, but you know what? I want to see this story through too.
For many years, I have watched countless friends partake in 30-day challenges, and I never have. But here it goes: for every day for the next 30 days I will post a sketch of those characters/that world in order to prompt me to get back in the headspace of those characters. Here's the first: a random environment.
